Team: Purpose: ANALYSIS Administration and Fanning Howey Calculate building capacity as a function of available space compared to the number of classes taught in a five period day

Building Capacity: ANALYSIS TERRE HAUTE SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL  83 teaching stations x 25 students/class x 80% utilization = 1,660 student capacity TERRE HAUTE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL  83 teaching stations x 25 students/class x 80% utilization = 1,660 student capacity  WEST VIGO HIGH SCHOOL  45 teaching stations x 25 students/class x 80% utilization = 900 student capacity

Team: Purpose: ANALYSIS Administration and Fanning Howey Compare building capacities with area per student benchmarks for high schools in Indiana STUDENT CAPACITY SF/STUDENT 1,000 260 1,600 240 2,000 220

Team: Purpose: ANALYSIS Administration and Fanning Howey Compare building capacities with area per student benchmarks for high schools in Indiana TERRE HAUTE SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL 209 SF/Student current vs. 240 SF/Student TERRE HAUTE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL 205 SF/Student current vs. 240 SF/Student WEST VIGO HIGH SCHOOL 314 SF/Student current vs. +260 SF/Student

Team: Purpose: ANALYSIS Administration and Fanning Howey Evaluate classroom and lab sizes against benchmarking norms Classrooms 900 SF Science Classroom/ Lab Combinations 1,400 SF
