Rotary Club Central : What is it ?? In its simplest form it is an easy to use online tool that helps club leaders set, manage and track their annual goals for Membership Service Foundation giving

But It’s much more than that It’s a one-stop shop. It provides easy access to all the data on membership and foundation giving that was previously only available by searching through several reports.

It provides clubs with a planning and tracking tool which fosters continuity Future and current club leaders can plan and track projects for their years. RCC offers them the ability to see the current status as well as a history of goals and achievements, which creates consistency among leaders and continuity and development in clubs

It eliminates paper and form filling It replaces paper forms and reports. It provides instant access to Membership and Foundation Giving information as well as reporting Club activity information to Club Members, AGs, DGs RIBI and Rotary International

It showcases the important work that Rotary clubs do worldwide. Until now, Rotary has not had a vehicle for providing information about the millions of service projects that Rotarians undertake. With Rotary Club Central, clubs can document the details of their projects, such as the number of volunteers and volunteer hours and a list of in-kind donations.

These are both Big Stories to record and tell How many more big stories are there out there in District 1010? We need to get all clubs using Rotary Club Central and recording all their projects big and small so that we can understand what we are really achieving

Who can use Rotary Club Central? It’s a transparent system, all Rotarians can view the goals and achievements for their club. The current and incoming club president, secretary, executive secretary, treasurer, Foundation chair, and membership chair can add and edit the goals and achievements for their club.

Where can I find Rotary Club Central? It’s on the Rotary International website www.rotary.org you will need to register on the RI website if you have not already done so (If you are having problems talk to your club webmaster or area web mentor) If you are one of the club officers in the list of people authorised you will have editing rights
