Training will be provided covering the devices in your department. Print Reps Role Two people nominated to support each device/group of devices Paper ordered via MyFinance using ISD PTA code Training will be provided covering the devices in your department.

Responsibilities Print Reps Manage consumables: Accept deliveries Replace consumables Arrange for recycling of used consumables Liaise with support teams: Assist with management of consumables Perform basic troubleshooting when instructed Be point of contact for hardware engineers attending site Assist in closing incidents

Preparing for Print@UCL Run down consumables if devices are being replaced Make sure you take a look at the training videos for your devices Raise awareness of print@UCL within your department Actively promote print@UCL among your colleagues

Preparing for Print@UCL What to expect … New devices will be delivered to your area just prior or on the installation day There may be some periods of disruption on the day of installation while the new devices are being installed All installed printers will be tested to ensure they are fully operational Following successful installation of print@UCL devices, old printers will be collected by the recycling company if required
