Medical Validity Under Day VFR, licensed pilot/glider pilot may not fly: if one or more of the following would impair ability: Receiving medical treatment Illness, Injury, or disability Taking a drug Pilot cannot exercise privileges if: In the 30th week of pregnancy or have given birth in last six weeks A medical examiner must authorize exercise of privileges after any of these circumstances occur
