The Resurrection

Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene. Mary Magdalene was very sad.

Her friend Jesus had died.

Mary was going to the place where Jesus had been buried.

The sun was shining brightly.

Mary peeped inside the tomb where Jesus had been buried.

Mary could not find the body of Jesus.

Mary started to cry. The body of Jesus was missing.

Mary heard someone say, “Why are you crying?”

Mary looked around and saw Jesus.

Mary was very excited.

Jesus was very happy to see Mary Magdalene.
