Time and time we had been told that job boards were dead. We spent the last 7 years defeating that false claim. When people say that today, (have you noticed you don’t hear that very often anymore) it kinds of rings hollow, because people have recognized that job boards have changed. I liked the recent article I saw in the XXX that said is LinkedIn still a job board, after the acquisition of the learning company. The same editorial that once claimed job boards were dead, now recognizes Linkedin as one of the most successful job boards. Its no coincidence that back in 2008, the primary focus of the IAEWS conferences was social media. Nearly A decade of innovation: dramatic changes in our industry 2008: Social Media Chris Russell then with jobs in pods and Steven Rothenberg then with College Recruiter…and still with college recruiter 2009: Job Aggregation: Gautham SimplyHired 2010 Mobile txtmejobs.com Dan Finnegan with JobVite talked about crowd sourcing and people aggregation 2011: Pay for performance 2012 2013 Mike Durney Dice, reminded us that Big data makes Specialty has always been the best source of information and makes it more important 2014: Ian Siegel Zip Recruiter Predictions on Big Data and that will enable prediction of performance Chris Forman highlighted how traffic arbitrage was going to make CPA much bigger than CPC 2015 ????? 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015

Innovator of the Year Organization Awards Talent Acquisition Provider: Nominations are accepted in the following categories: Niche employment sites General purpose employment sites Association career centers Digital media companies (e.g., the job board on a newspaper or magazine site) Mobile apps Cloud based solutions Social media companies Analytics/Big Data companies An organization that provides sourcing or recruiting products or services to employers and Recruiters A ReSI will be presented in each of the categories for which there are at least three nominations.

Innovator of the Year Organization Awards Talent Acquisition Partner Nominations are accepted in the following categories: Start-up company Small company (up to 50 employees) Mid-to Large company (51+ employees) An organization that provides products or services to talent acquisition Providers

Innovator of the Year Individual Awards The Individual who has done the most to advance Innovation in the online employment services industry Nominations are accepted for a person working in or for a Talent Acquisition Provider or Talent Acquisition Partner. The individual who has done the most to advance innovation in the online employment services industry. A ReSI will be presented in each of the categories for which there are at least three nominations. -Niche employment sites -General purpose employment sites -Association career centers -Digital media companies (e.g., the job board on a newspaper or magazine site) - Mobile apps -Cloud based solutions -Social media companies -Analytics/Big Data companies -Support partner to an employment site, application or solution

Innovator of the Year Product or Service Awards Nominations will be accepted for products or services that provide innovative solutions for: External sourcing Internal sourcing Assessment & selection Candidate management and communication An organization that provides sourcing or recruiting products or services to employers and Recruiters A ReSI will be presented in each of the categories for which there are at least three nominations.

Innovator of the Year Product or Service Awards Nominations will be accepted for products or services that provide innovative solutions in the following categories: Most Innovative Enterprise Solution Most Innovative SMB Solution Most Innovative Social Recruiting Solution Most Innovative Recruitment Advertising Solution Most Innovative Mobile Solution Most Innovative Cloud-Based The Most Innovative Big Data Solution An organization that provides sourcing or recruiting products or services to employers and Recruiters A ReSI will be presented in each of the categories for which there are at least three nominations.
