OUR APPROACH TO ACCELERATING IMPACT 1. Build Network for Social Entrepreneurs: Identify, and support leading changemakers. Connect hundreds of social innovators that are addressing a common issue together. 2. Identify Patterns: Challenge innovators that are addressing a common problem to think beyond the scope of their current work – across sectors and geographies - and challenge them to engage with each other to develop a shared vision for the field. 3. Create Collaborative Entrepreneurship: Create the multi-stakeholder collaborations needed to achieve the shared vision.

CHANGEMAKERS EVALUATION CRITERIA Innovation What is your core idea? Does it apply to our current funding priority? How does the idea differ from what’s already out there? What are your activities? Social Impact What systemic change are you trying to create? How do you explain your impact? (qualitative, quantitative) Sustainability Do you have a realistic roadmap for the future? Do you have a team that will ensure you can deliver? Do you understand your costs and how you will fund them in the future? 13
