A coincidental penalty situation occurs when a MINOR / BENCH MINOR or a MAJOR / MATCH penalty is assessed to BOTH TEAMS at the SAME STOPPAGE of play. Coincidental Penalties for Intermediate Referees

Coincidental Penalty Situations 13:00 A4 = Minor (2) B7 = Minor (2) 12:00 A6 = Minor (2) B9 = Bench Minor (2) 11:00 A8 = Major (5) B3 = Major (5) 10:00 A2 = Match (5) B5 = Major (5) Coincidental Penalties for Intermediate Referees

Important Note #1 Rule 4.2(c) When a player is assessed both a Minor penalty and a Major penalty at the same time, the Major is served first. Example: 12:00 A4: 5 + 2 Coincidental Penalties for Intermediate Referees
