HDM DRIVER Form Introduction In order to improve DUA Request Process, ICT Dealer has created a new standard template for User administration requests The standard form has also some extra- sheets for some specific applications (like ALL POWER Catalogue, SAP, ASIST, and so on) It is mandatory for the requesters to fill in correctly and accurately the form You can find the step to follow to fill the new standard template in the next slides
