BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Prague Airport (PA) is annually attending The World Routes for 9 years now. Top business event in the aviation industry attended by more than 3,000 delegates from more than 100 countries all over the world. Exhibiting at World Routes presents Prague Airport with the opportunity to place PA brand in front of key decision makers, top aviation professionals and also PA´s main competitors. Exhibition stand design usually facing: the current campaign, this year will be focused on a headline:“ LET PRAGUE CHARM YOU“ „PRAGUE LOVES YOU“ graphical element and it is focused on a destination: Prague – Czech Republic, we using UNESCO photos and videos. Functionality: Meetings at our exhibition stand with new and existing clients while they enjoy our hospitality and a flavor of our destination. In the past years Prague Airport stands always belonged to the most attractive ones. This year we have a reservation of 60 m2, HNS7420

B2B CAMPAIGN AND PA 80 YEARS The B2B campaign will be shown on LCD screen We would like to integrate „Prague Loves you“ logo to our stand Prague Airport celebrates 80 years this year and we would like to integrate new „Prague Airport 80 Years“ logo to our stand – maybe we can combine the look of the stand with the celebration of 80 years anniversary of the Prague Airport

AREAS WITHIN THE STAND BAR DESK (Two options) SITTING AREA Beer Point – Drought beer Cooperation with The Pub SITTING AREA STORAGE AREA FLOORING AUDIO & VIDEO BRANDING

AREAS WITHIN THE STAND BAR DESK Is the main point of the stand, there might be a sink and the big rubish place which should be hidden as we plan to serve food and drinks. Bar must have two levels, the front one and the working desk as we would like to avoid guests see directly what is behind, to hide the operation mess. There should be also the sink with hot/cold water and the fridge, sockets, … A part of the bar desk should be lockable cabinet for the personal items and enough of sockets for charging (phones, notebooks, tablets, we are group of 8 people …) Bardesk will concists of this parts: Beer Point – see slide 9 or 10 Bar Desk for serving catering or drinks SITTING AREA Comfortable sofa ideally U – shape, L – shape, upholstered – could be rented out but no stains and damages and the conference table. It is important, lots of meetings going on at our stand and we would like to provide maximum comfortness for our clients. For a such a conferences is chill out place very convenient.

AREAS WITHIN THE STAND STORAGE AREA AND PREPARATION ROOM For this year we require a special room/storage for approx 7-15 m2. See slide 7 and 8. FLOORING Preferably combination carpet (nice and soft step) and around the bar desk and behind the bar desk should be easy maintain floor – plastic floor. AUDIO & VIDEO Last year we had a big LED screen behind the bar desk and that was the best AV solution (B2B campaign & Prague´s destination video & Airport video in loop). We require also the audio build-in speakers, connected with notebook BRANDING Should be visible enough from each side and must be according the current corporate identity manual (Prague Airport 80 years logo + CzechTourism logo, PragueCityTourism logo), B2B Campaign just on the screen + backside of the storage area) PLANT WALL We would like to have a plant wall (live green plants) as part of our booth COLOURS Light colour of the stand combinated with our corporate colours: blue, red, white

BAR DESK – Beer Point BEER POINT We would like to serve traditional Czech beer. There are two options of serving beer (tba): 1) DRAFT BEER In this case, we would like to have the KEGS (6 piecis of 30 l Kegs) in the storage and the tapping device should be at the bar desk It means, we need the beer line from that storage to the bar desk 2) THE PUB (see slide 8)

BAR DESK – The Pub The Pub We will maybe cooperate with The Pub company. The PUB Pilsner Unique Bar is a franchising concept of restaurants, where they combine a tasty food, the highest quality beer and an awesome fun! In their restaurants accross Europe, you can tap your own beer at one of the tables equipped with self service beer taps. They will need min. 2 meters long counter (tapping device, serving food and drinks,…) Storage – 15 m2 It is really necessary to be careful to ventilate – inside will be placed the cooling beer roads etc. Two tables equipped with self service beer taps (two points for visitors for self tapping beer) - It also serves as a bistro table (Examples are shown at the pictures )
