Welcome in Constanta

Mamaia Casino Casino was one of the buildings emblem of Constanta. In the winter of 1891, a storm destroyed part of the roof and one wall of the facade, revealing the instability of the building. The latest restoration and modernization of the Casino were made in 1937 by designer Daniel Renard.

Wooden church St. Mina Situated on Lake Tannery , close to Mamaia, is the largest wooden church which was built in the country years ago.

The Aquarium The first public aquarium in Romania was inaugurated on 1 May 1958. It remained the largest institution of this kind in the country, although later and also other natural science museums have established departments with the same profile.

The Great Mosque It is an architectural monument built in Arab style - Romanian Byzantine architectural elements are combined with the mosque's faithful copy Koni from Anatolia, Turkey. The monument was built in 1910 by architect V. Stefanescu. The Mosque was a gift from King Charles made to the Muslim community in Dobrogea and was inaugurated in the presence of him.
