Objectives (1) By the end of the workshop the participants will be able to: In the area of training skills Identify and describe the key stages in training cycle Select the most effective training techniques Identify the role and purpose of coaching versus classical face to face training Plan and implement a simple coaching session and short group presentation Training in Project Cycle Management, Procurement and Contracting of Pre-Accession Projects and Management of EU Structural Instruments – Training of Trainers program
