WHO WE ARE? A Coalition of 11 Christian organizations working with shared mission, vision and values  A funding resource for these organizations - child sponsorship and others A consulting/coaching resource -  individuals providing coaching and consulting in social programs, organizational assessment, community assessment, program planning, strategic planning, training, legal advice, etc. Training programs - human development, coaching, and social transformation.

A little bit of our history:

1993: FCD – Foundations in Community Development School – Mercy Ships, Texas - Darrow Miller (FHI) and Rob Russo (Harvest). 1994: Foundation of CADI – Fazenda Rio Grande, Curitiba Area, Brazil. 1997: FCD School at CADI – Darrow Miller – multiplication of the vision. 1998: First expansion: CADI RONDÔNIA, Amazon region. 2000: Participation in the 2000 DNA Forum.

2001 – 2005: experience in the local Government as Manager of the Social Assistance Department and Health System. (Infant Mortality Rate from 31 to 9 / 1000 born alive children) 2003 – Book ¨The Kingdom Among Us – community transformation through the good news of the kingdom ¨ 13 editions until now 2006 – Book ¨Christian Worldview and Transformation ¨- Award of Excellence of Christian Publishing Companies.

2011: Foundation of the Brazilian Evangelical Alliance – creation of ¨Church and Public Policies Advisory¨. 2012: Foundation of CADI BRAZIL(Governance and Advisory Organization for the CADI Coalition and partners) - Expansion. 2013: ¨School of Opportunities Darrow Miller¨ 2016: -11 bases; - Election for National Council of Social Assistance – Brasília; - Transparency and Public Inspection Award – National Parliament; - Virtual Learning Platform;

Mission: Provide assistance, promote access to rights and facilitate the integral development of people and families in contexts of social vulnerability, generating transformation. Values: - To be a sign of the Kingdom of God. - Commitment to the poor and vulnerable. - Christian Integrity. - Transformative relationships. - Family Integration. - Excellence.

Our Strategy Train and support local Christian social entrepeneurs (Annual Training with emphasis on Christian Wordview); Definition a vulnerable territory; Community Assessment (Research) – Participatory approach; Focus on children and adolescents; Definition of the strategy for transformation, according to the recommendations of the assessment; Participatory Program for Social Intervention; Partnership with local churches.

Our Christian Perspective Partnership with local churches in the field CADI as platform for the churches to serve their communities Emphasis on relationships, not on statistics Family as the target group Introduction of the Bible in the social programs (Living Word methodology) Christian wordview principles taught in all projects Advocacy as a manifestation of Christs lordship

Some outcomes (2015) 16,497 People assisted in social intervention projects. 10,500 participants in events, congresses, workshops and conferences in the area of social entrepreneurship and Christian Worldview. 95 trained entrepreneurs. ¨Social Technologies¨: Living Word (Bible teaching in community context), Polis Network (advocacy), Teclife (technology for transformation), etc.

DNA main contribution Establishment of the biblical foundation and vision for the ministry, based in the Christian Worldview. The role of the local church in development. Platform of influence over social entrepreneurs and missionaries.

Our goals and dreams International Expansion and Consolidation of CADI Coalition – Bangladesh 2018. Strengthen and Improve the influence over public policies. Innovative social methodologies for transformation (app for advocacy in public policies)
