Save the polar bears The polar bears need to save their homes from the evil Dr. CO2.But they can’t do it alone so leave your car at home and cycle.Cycling doesn’t produce CO2 and weakens the evil Dr.CO2.So if you cycle, walk,park~n~stride or carpool you can help save the polar bears.

Spring into action Did you enjoy our Santa Claus themed walk. Well if you did you will love the Easter and Spring themed walk the committee has planned for the future.

Golden boot As you might know at this point the committee has started up the golden boot again. Congratulations to Ms.Ginnane’s class who won the boot last week. If your class is fortunate enough to win the golden boot 3 times Roisín will come to our school and that lucky class will get half a day of BIKE GAMES!!!!!

Competitions The junior/senior design a helmet competition concludes tomorrow. 2 people from the committee will go round to Ms.McSweeney’s class and collect the newly decorated helmets. Also the 3rd/4th class slogan and poster competition will end on Friday as well.

BiG travel challenge For the next 2 weeks starting on Monday the 2nd of February we will be entering the ‘BIG TRAVEL CHALLENGE’!!! The committee would love if every class made a MASSIVE effort to park~n~stride from either Talty’s or the ecological park. Many schools will be competing against us in the challenge. There will be a prize for the winning school. That school will win a 1000 euro!!!!!
