Reception Staff Training Uptown Funk Team Carrier Kristen Allen, Kevin Burns, Dylan Carter, Abigail Cottrell, Yuhe Lei, Ayumi Watanabe

Registration Welcome guests as they approach the registration area “Welcome to Uptown Funk!” “We are glad you could join us today.” Help guests find their name (They will all be in alphabetical order) Let them know their table number is provided and that will let them know where to sit when they enter the ballroom

Coat Check Welcome guests, ask them if they would like to check their coat If so, take their coat and hang it up Give the guests the corresponding number to the hanger their jacket is on When guests are about to exit the dining room, return to your station Collect numbers and return coats until all coats are gone

Servers of Passed Hors d’oeuvres Walk around the reception area offering hors d’oeuvres in one hand and offer cocktail napkins in the other Make sure you hit all groups of people Make sure you know what you are passing (Options on next slide) When your tray is running low, return to the satellite kitchen and refill your tray
