Then they may invite a Teacher and upload education materials with a help of the Teacher. After this Teacher may send an invitation to students. Results Our web portal works from 2015. Each university from our consortium upload 3 courses at list. There are more then 500 students signed in a system. A day visiting rate goes about 50 users.
