CREATIVE WRITING: TASK MARKING SCHEME When I grade your creative writing, sometimes you don’t know what I mean. Here is what I mean: 1. 2. You need doing you’re hmwrkded on your self. 3. This answer is wrong. You should know this. (part of the word circled) Spelling is wrong. (If it’s a verb, it’s probably in wrong verb tense) (the whole word is circled) Wrong word choice. ? Missing word. This answer is right. What is this word? Make it one word. This answer is right, but the grammar or spelling is wrong.

I came in London two weeks ago for to study at a language school. I want learn english because is a very important language. I’m stay with a English family. They have two son and a daughter. She said me that my English is ok, but I do a lot of mistakes. Teacher Ann don’t give us too much homework, so in the afternoons I go always sightseeing. London is much more big than my town. CREATIVE WRITING: TASK PROOFREADING Using Katie’s letter as a template, answer the letter. Make sure you include the same details about yourself, but feel free to add anything extra to make a 3-paragraph letter (consider “Hello” and “Love” as the introduction and conclusion). When you are finished, make sure you proofread your work. Check that there are no mistakes; check spelling and grammar. Always check your work before you hand it in (like exams).
