Vision and Mission

VISION AND Mission Promote ISGWPG existence in University of Manitoba campus area. Build network with other UMSU student groups. Connect and get ISGWPG involved with PERMIKA Nasional. Help members to develop interpersonal skills through various events and volunteer opportunities. Maintain good relationship with other members of ISGWPG.

Responsibilities

General RESPONSIBILITIES General Meetings. Minimum of 2 General Meetings per office term Beginning of office term meeting: program planning End of office term meeting: report of office year activities List old and new members. Attend UMSU meetings and the internal management meetings Establish and develop mutual relationships with other student organizations. Communicate with KJRI Toronto and KBRI Ottawa Respond to prospective Indonesian students questions and emails. Schedule monthly internal meetings.

Administration Coordinator Annual Financial Report Administration Coordinator is responsible to track group’s financial documentations and report to members of Indonesian Student Group Winnipeg (ISGWPG) during end of term meeting. Prepare financial statements in every event and at the end of period. Prepare budgets for any conducted events. Record the income and outcome for an academic year. Manage the membership fees. Write report in every meeting minute and publish the results to ISGWPG executives.

Events Coordinator Plan and brainstorm for event ideas for ISGWPG. Arrange the event structure. Recruit volunteers in each proposed event. Secure Sponsorships for the events. Cooperate with the administration executive in preparing the event budget.

Cultural Affairs Coordinator Recruit dancer, singer, and musician for Indonesian traditional dance. Work with Colours of Indonesia to promote Indonesian culture. Cooperate with other members for the program of Indonesian Cultural Night and other cultural events. Plan and brainstorm for event ideas for ISWPG to promote Indonesian culture. Cooperate with the administration executive in preparing the event budget.

IT Coordinator Update and maintain ISGWPG website routinely Post every event in the website and facebook Make a documentation of every event Promote the events of ISWPG digitally (ie. Poster, brochures) to public and through social media. Get connected with PERMIKA Nasional for the documentation of the events Recruit a team of creative management for website contents

Programs Make use of UMSU Recruitment Week as a means of communicating with students at the University of Manitoba campus area Maximize UMSU resources to benefit ISGWPG Organize collaborative events with other student groups Work on ISGWPG part for PERMIKA programs

PERMIKA AND ISGWPG

ISGWPG x PERMIKA ISGWPG will work along with 6 other PERMIKA Nasional branches under PERMIKA Regional Timur. ISGWPG will support PERMIKA Nasional missions as a result of PERMIKA Nasional Conference I, 2013. PERMIKA Nasional mission includes: Online talent show Creation and maintenance of alumni database network Creation and maintenance PERMIKA Nasional website and newsletter PERMIKA participation in PPI Dunia book to attract more Indonesian students to Canada PERMIKA chapters video

WEBSITE ISGWPG will launch a website maintained by IT Coordinator with the support of Team Creativity Management. Content will feature documentations of events (be it photos, blogs and videos) as well as the updates on upcoming events.
