Ira S. Ira is an active contributing author for The Progressive Accountant and the journals of the PICPA, MACPA and VSCPA. Ira served with distinction on the AICPA’s prestigious Management of an Accounting Practice Committee. He has also served as a Trustee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has directed many initiatives for local chapters. Now, as a sought-after strategic adviser to small- and medium-sized accounting firms, Ira shares his strengths in practice management, managing partner effectiveness, business intelligence processes, practice enhancement, tax department optimization, next generation leadership development and mastering the merger matrix. Ira graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and received his Master of Science degree in Accounting with honors from Northeastern University.
