Introduction Highveld Industrial Park The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access. *Charge not included in standard monthly rental

Facility Description – Tippler Operation Description: 1.The awaiting loaded wagon is shunted to the wagon tippler from the railway siding. 2. The tippler cycle begins with the railway wagon containing the consignment of raw materials being moved into its off loading position with the aid of a ‘’Side Arm Charger” referred to as “The Mule’’. 3.The tippler, complete with wagon then rotates to the degree where the counterweight is engaged. 4. The rotation continues until a point is reached where the entire contents of the wagon is discharged into a concrete hopper. 5. The tippler then rotates back to its resting position.This whole off loading cycle takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. 6. A conveyor belt situated under the hopper receives the raw materials evenly by means of a motorised plough system.

Facility Description – Tippler 1. Rotating Mechanism for Main Drive: a). 90 KW - 525 Volt Siemens Electric Motor (738 RPM). b). Type SHDR 45/1 Reduction Crofts Gearbox - Size 450/630. (Serial No. 54007). 2. Side Arm Charger Bogie (The Mule) Main Drive: a). 55 KW - 525 Volt Siemens Electric Motor (1475 RPM). b). Hydraulic Staffa Gearbox.

Facility Description – Tippler 3. Plough Main Drive: a). 5.5 KW - 525 Volt Electric Motor (1440 RPM). b). Type 101-2 - 25/1 Crofts Reduction Gearbox - Size 450/630. (Serial No. 9803503).
