Course Outline Course Title: Communication Skills Credit Hours: 3 Course Description This course is designed to instill self-confidence in each pupil. Its purpose is to help the students achieve results in their communications with others, build collaborative relationships that emphasize trust and respect, and aid them in communicating effectively using simple, concise and direct language. The students will engage in the process of communication in a systematic manner. They will participate in class discussions and other activities that have been devised to enhance their active listening skills, improve their powers to anticipate and avoid common misunderstandings, and to eliminate the roadblocks that undermine their ability to communicate effectively.
