Jesus wants us to “be with him” now, as well as through eternity Jesus wants us to “be with him” now, as well as through eternity.  He wants us to hear his words.  He wants us to say, “Lord, Lord,” and do the things he says.  He wants us to get ready now for the rest of our existence.
