Mrs. Duggan Graduated from Rochester High School! Attended Michigan State University and earned a degree in Elementary Education Earned a Master’s Degree in Reading at Northeastern Illinois University Worked for several years in Chicago before moving back to Michigan Married to Dan, a commercial real estate broker at Bernard Financial Daughter, Madeline, is 8 years old; son, Connor is 4; and Emmett is 2
Mrs. Grimminger Attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a degree in Elementary Education Earned a Master’s Degree in Reading at Oakland University and have my Reading Specialist Endorsement. I have taught for Rochester Community Schools since 2000 teaching grades K-4th . I was Brooklands Reading Interventionist for the last two years. Married to my wonderful husband Eric, an engineer for General Motors. Son, Michael, is 12 years old and son, Matthew, is 9.
Planners Students will fill in their planners daily Increase students’ independence and organizational skills Please check your child’s planner for important communication and curriculum information
Homework will be minimal, yet meaningful in 4th grade! Students are expected to READ at home for 30 minutes daily. Students will have 3-5 Math Study Links per week. Students will learn to use a Study Guide to prepare for tests. Students will complete a Book Report each trimester.

Celebrations No food items on birthdays Celebrate with a special “Shout Out” during recess Holiday Parties: one prepackaged, peanut/nut-free snack with label will be optional
