The Project The project: It is a library coffee shop located between female and male student buildings of University of Dammam. DAPEE Model: It is project management model. It is the technique, which used to write this business proposal. DAPEE basically means: define. Analyze. plan. execute. evaluate.

Analyzing the problem S.W.O.T analysis Strength *two interior designers within our group. *knowledge concerning programming and high technological appliances. *The location of the place is strategic. Weakness *the need of consulting and hiring an architect *lack of experience in food field. *The customers’ rate will surprisingly decrease in holidays. opportunities *signing partnerships with some of well- known technological companies. *signing a partnership with some of the most food supplier and dedicators. threats *the coffee shops that are already in UOD campus. *not having a transportations to get to our coffee shop during the school time.

Planning the solution each task is assigned to one member or two in the group according to their specialization and past experiences. a deadline for each task . Work plan that explains the types of groups and the division of the tasks. Work-plan diagram

Executing the Plan The project is a ten-month plan. In the beginning of the project processing the group will meet once a month on the last Friday. the last 3 months our meetings will increase in to twice a month. Other way to communicate with the rest of the team is by sending email. Members are writing a report about the tasks after each meeting to update the leader.

Evaluating the results we need to know the students and faculty feedback of our coffee shop library. evaluate the results, where do we stand right now what are the positives and negatives . distribute assessment papers to our visitors so they can evaluate the library and coffee shop. schedule meetings once or twice a month to avoid social loafing.

Summary Library coffee shop is a really good idea that can be very helpful to Academics as teachers and student. We used the DAPEE technique to solve the problem. Analyzing the project by conducting a SWOT analysis. we expose the solutions for weaknesses and threats by planning the project. to make sure every thing we planned is in the right track we signed a meetings to discuss and update the leader. Finally we discuss the obstacles that might threat the project in the future by evaluating the result.
