Eligibility Levels Eligibility Program Project Homeowner There are 3 levels of eligibility within grant programs Program Requirements will vary with Grant requirements. Some common requirements are: National Objectives Meet unmet needs Disaster tie backs if applicable

Some common requirements are: National Objectives Meet unmet needs Disaster tie backs if applicable Grant award does not imply that submitted program has been approved. Supporting documentation must be available to demonstrate that program meets the stipulated objectives.

Eligibility Levels Program Project Homeowner Grant award does not imply that submitted program has been approved. Supporting documentation must be available to demonstrate that program meets the stipulated objectives. THE PROJECT MUST BE DOCUMENTED IN THE UNMET NEED ASSESSMENT (UNA) REPORT UNA is the first phase in a three phase process a DR grant recipient will undertake in the implementation of their long-term recovery efforts.

DOCUMENT THE PROJECT IS IMPACTED AND DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE DECLARED DISASTER.
