Engagement Opportunities for New Students All entering freshmen and transfer students can be in a small community at a large school! Living-Learning Communities (L-LCs) Reach Communities Targeted Learning Communities Freshman and Transfer Seminars Writing and Critical Inquiry Class

What makes Living-Learning Communities special? Live with other students who share your intended major or interest areas Take 1-2 classes together with others from your residence hall for built-in academic support Get to know faculty and current students Be engaged outside the classroom
