The rationale was to finance growth businesses facing limited financing options by funding their international trade. From its base in North America it has expanded into Latin America, Caribbean, Asia and Europe, culminating in the opening of London and Amsterdam offices in 2016. TFS is well-resourced with back office and treasury functions in Miami and Toronto, and BDM’s in NYC, LA, Mexico and London.

We provide a cash flow bridge between paying suppliers and the buyer repaying, without additional security/cash/collateral backing. We can trade most any non-perishable product. Pay on use, no non-utilisation penalties.

TFS can help compliment existing Bank facilities TFS can provide increased liquidity to your Banking: Factor a single account debtor that represents an otherwise ineligible concentration within a client’s borrowing base Lend on “foreign receivables” within a client’s ineligible accounts Lend on a slow paying or “long dated” receivables that are otherwise ineligible Provide Purchase Order finance and buy stock from foreign jurisdictions a Bank may be uncomfortable paying suppliers in

Liquidity on foreign receivables TFS can lend across a pool of foreign debtors Advance rates comparable with domestic advance rates Clients can maintain their current credit insurance arrangement, or new insurance cover can be obtained by TFS Immediate availability against a borrowing base structure that may include other assets other than receivables, which may include unencumbered Stock and plant and machinery Arranged through a “carve out” security agreement

Helping our clients to improve working capital Summary benefits: Increase your liquidity Help you enter and operate in new markets Provide pure financing without additional security or equity dilution Advisory trade information/protection as part of our service
