Introduction to Training CMSE provides high quality Health & Safety training to approx. 20,000 people annually. CMSE offer accredited courses including QQI, NEBOSH, IOSH, PHECC, Solas. The above are some of our many clients that we provide training and consultancy services.
Representing CMSE By conducting training for CMSE, you are expected to carry out your duties in a professional manner. These include: Arriving on-site 20-30 minutes prior to training commencing. Dressing appropriately/ professionally Using CMSE branded presentations at all times
Representing CMSE Ctd…… Returning documentation/ paperwork in a timely manner Interact with the trainees. What is your background? What do you hope to learn from this course? Acting in a professional manner during training
While Training Please bring your own equipment, such as: Laptop Projector Clicker Training props If there are any issues or safety concerns during training, please contact the client point of contact to raise awareness of this. If this is not possible, please contact the CMSE training department.
Post Training Please ensure all assessments are corrected in full prior to returning to CMSE. Ensure that all signatures are legible. Paperwork is marked off before signing off.

Post Training Please return paperwork in full within 10 working days (or sooner where possible). Please submit monthly invoices for training within 10 days of the following month to ensure there is no delay in your payment. By following these guidelines, this ensures our clients needs are met and also contributing to the high quality service CMSE provides.
Reporting Accidents/Incidents In the event of an accident or incident, please contact the Chris Mee Group training department immediately. The Training Department will contact the client to communicate and discuss any such incidents that have arisen. Please outline the accident/incident in your instructor feedback form. If you have any concerns relating to the working areas, please contact the Training Department so this can be forwarded to the client. Please do not state any concerns directly to candidates on a course.
Ensuring Quality CMSE is an ISO approved training organisation. To ensure this standard is maintained and enhanced, Quality Assurance on our training programmes will be ensured by: Monitoring feedback from clients/requesting feedback Monitoring feedback from course attendees Attending training sessions to ensure performance standards are met To maintain a high quality service for clients, instructor feedback on issues is encouraged and appreciated. This includes: Issues regarding the presentation and assessments Ways to improve the course
