Grunsky’s Cafeteria Behavior Expectations Be Safe. Be Respectful. Be Responsible.

Cafeteria Expectations Students should be Safe, Respectful, and Responsible at all times. Eating should be pleasant and sanitary for everyone Nobody wants to eat lunch in a dump This is our home away from home, we need to behave

Be Safe. Cafeteria Expectations Eat only your own food. Sit with feet on floor, bottom on bench and facing table. Walk at all times. Keep hands, feet, and objects to self. Remain in supervised and designated areas.

Be Respectful. Cafeteria Expectations Allow anyone to sit next to you. Use quiet or inside voices. Use good manners. Clean up your area. Be polite & use kind words and actions. Wait for your turn. Clean up after yourself. Follow adult directions. Dress according to dress code. Keep electronics turned off and out of sight. Use quiet voices.

Be Responsible. Cafeteria Expectations Wait in line (in order) patiently. Raise hand and stay seated at assigned table until excused by staff. All food and drink stays on trays & in the cafeteria. Follow school rules and staff directions. Use appropriate language and actions. Respect property, yours and others. Be prepared for school. Keep gum & candy at home. Walk calmly and directly to your destination.
