Drama (Course Calendar) Term 1.1 An Introduction to Drama Introducing students to a range of dramatic skills and developing an ensemble approach to working. Term 1.2 Greek Theatre Understanding the development of drama and techniques such as working in unison and choral speaking. Term 2.1 Dramatic Conventions Learning a wider range of dramatic techniques through contemporary issues for young people. Term 2.2 Devising Theatre Learning how to create exciting new and original theatre from challenging stimulus material. Term 3.1 Performing from script / Theatre Technology Using all the skills they have learnt to explore dramatic text and learn how to use theatre technology to produce their own work. Term 3.2
