Funding Info $50/ hour Maximum of 50 hours with 10 bonus hours To be able to fund request this fall, your organization must: Have attended all but one of the meetings last semester and at least 5 out of the 6 ECouncil meetings this semester Be in good standing with the Union and the College of Engineering To receive the 10 bonus hours, a representative from your organization must have attended the Dean Event last semester and this semester Note: Organizations can only fund request once a year

Dean Event: Fall Semester 2017 President / Vice President Dinner with the Dean October 23rd Presidents and Vice Presidents of ECouncil organizations are invited to attend a dinner with the Dean. Attendance to this event guarantees your organization bonus hours.

SOV Form Process Print out the “SOV Hard Copy Form” from ec.osu.edu under the Pertinent Documents tab. This will be a Word document. Attend event and volunteer. At the completion of the event, fill out the “SOV Hard Copy Form,” and have the event coordinator sign it. Take a picture of this form and send it to OSUEngineersCouncil@gmail.com. Fill out and submit the “SOV Online Form” from ec.osu.edu under the Pertinent Documents tab. This will be a Google Form.

Constitution Changes An organization can earn volunteer hours for volunteering at their own event There is a cap: Can only earn up to 50% of total event volunteer hours or a maximum of 40 hours Total volunteer hours are needed before an event can be ECouncil approved
