Para Table Tennis 2016-2021 Strategy To develop a sustainable, progressive and influential organisation for Para Table Tennis in the UK Encourage development of para table tennis in UK Promote development of Para table tennis in UK Create and promote a plan Promote benefits Support Home Nations NGB plans Maintain and develop core membership Ensure current membership systems operate successfully Establish plan to review and develop membership packages Seek views of members Develop and maintain communication policies, systems and processes Organise competitions at UK Level Delivery of domestic and international para competitions programme in UK Work with Home Nations to Establish a Para Table Tennis Competition Plan for all Para players in UK Support the talent, pathway and world class programme Work with national and international organisations to secure and promote major international Para Table Tennis events in UK Be responsible to UK Sport Endorse, assist development of, and support implementation of WCP strategy (specific attention to Talent Pathway) Implementation, monitoring and resourcing of an effective WCP operational plan that produces consistent medal winning performances Ensure WCP complies with all legislative requirements Develop robust Talent Pathway Plan which identifies and supports a pipeline of talent Represent Para Table Tennis in the UK and abroad Engage and influence national and international organisations. Work with key stakeholders to influence policy (eg BPTT, UK Sport, BPA, DCMS, SRA etc) Ensure strategies aligned with key stakeholder strategies Facilitate appropriate funding to continue the WPC and support Para TT in the UK Secure additional funding/income streams Actively promote international success to attract commercial income Develop a funding submission to UK sport for the Tokyo cycle Establish partnerships to access funding and support Home Nation NGBs to access resources Ensure appropriate governance and operational structure for British Para Table Tennis Embed the leadership and management organisational structure Develop further and embed the Governance activity Develop workforce of staff and volunteers - recruitment, retention, succession planning, CPD Review and stewardship of delivery of all operating plans that support strategy achievement
