Achievements ACE publicity continues to grow at EISAs’ and other partners’ events Website - Updating and Uploading electoral material news and events BRIDGE training for Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC). Staff exchange for staff member of the MEC Needs assessment survey of EMBs conducted and a Report has been produced EISA continues to build good relationships with other RERCs, by including them in some of its activities i.e. Election Observer Missions and training workshops (e.g. NEEDS)

Challenges Commissioning Case Studies and Newsletter articles Lack of promotional materials Translation: Translation of materials into or from French and Portuguese is expensive Technology and lack of good communication facilities, by some stakeholders (i.e. poor use of internet, ever changing contacts) Funding and Fund Raising Poor Networking - Slow( in some cases no) responses from stakeholders

Recommendations Increase Funding- STAFF and COUNTRY VISITS Identify regional areas of interest and activities and STREAMLINE Reporting requirements more FOCUSED Increase EMB knowledge of ACE. Provide ICT Support to EMBs and other electoral STAKEHOLDERS
