AIR CONDITIONING

ABOUT THE A/C SYSTEM This system is used to a provide a comfortable air supply with a varying balance of air freshness, humidity, temperature and flow rate All of these can be controlled and adjusted to the comfort of the user Circuit main comments include filter, cooling coil, heater, humidifier, circulation fans, flow control dampers, room monitoring equipment and the main process unit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKZ2DPvvua8

A/C CIRCUIT LAYOUT

A/C CIRCUIT PARTS Damper: The dampers stops or controls the rate of air supply into the system by means of adjusting the blades on the inlet supply or air to the room. Humidifier: This is used to adjust the humidity to a comfortable level, as required by the area occupants according to the environmental conditions. Processing Unit: This is simple the electronic control that regulates all of the desired conditions of the room to a well controlled level.

SAFETY & MAINTENANCE Most of the safety & maintenance that would apply to a refrigeration system would additionally apply to an air conditioning system plus: Filter checks / changing Mechanical moving part lubrication Cleaning the air intake and air ducts A visual check of the conditioning of all wiring and electrical components Check fans / other units for elect/mech functioning
