Colleges with my interested majors: Anthropology: Linguistic or Cultural International/Global Studies UCSD: 33.7% acceptance into the program UCSB: 32.6% UCR: 55.6% SDSU: 34.4% CSU LONG BEACH: 33.8% CSU FULLERTON: 41.9% CSU EAST BAY: 74.0% UCSD: 33.7% UCSB: 32.6% UCR: 55.6% SDSU: Not offered? CSU LONG BEACH: 33.8% CSU FULLERTON: Not offered? CSU EAST BAY: 74.0%

Results from career and major surveys: Education and Training:  Guide and train people. A teacher, counselor, librarian, or principle. Hospitality and Tourism: Help people enjoy vacations or entertainment activities. A restaurant, resort, sports arena, theme park, museum, hotel. Human Services: Help individuals and families meet their personal needs. In a government office, hospital, nonprofit agency, nursing home, spa, hotel, or a school. Environmental Studies, Social Studies, and psychology

What's important to me in colleges: I want a college that has a fun atmosphere that has a ton of activities to do outside of class. I also want a college that is serious too. A college that is open minded is extremely important but not easily offended. A college that offers Anthropology or International Business Career: Something that has to do with those majors but I mainly want to travel a lot to Asia.

College Preferences Major: Anthropology I don’t care for the sports or what division their sports are in Distance from home: 50-200 miles Setting: Urban, Co-Ed, Public Student Population: Diversity is not important Somewhat important if the school is well known for my major Semester/Trimester is important Weather: Important; not too hot or cold Religious Affiliation: Not important

Greek Life: Maybe important; not too sure if I want to participate that EOP Program: Important Work-Study Program: Important Study Abroad Program: Extremely important; I want to go to South Korea next Housing: Dorms or nearby apartments Dorm Setup (simple room, apartment style, on campus, off campus, off campus): Important Competitive GPA and Test Scores: Important Percent of students who receive financial aid: Important

Top ten list of colleges: Dream College: USC: I do not have the test scores, grades, or the brain. Reach Colleges: UC San Diego and UC Santa Barbara: Test scores a way higher than what I have but I do have the grades and GPA. Good Fit Colleges: Cal State San Diego, Cal State Long Beach, Cal State Fullerton, UCR, Cal State East Bay: I kind of have the test scores but my grades and GPA are higher than what is standard or accepted. Have that college environment that I want and I prefer Cal States. Safe Colleges: Cal State San Marcos, Cal State Chico, Cal State San Bernardino: I'm a bit more above their standards and I know I have a better chance getting into these colleges than any other one.
