BUT, at the outset we had a greater vision for embedding them into our own practice which hasn’t yet materialised and perhaps we need to focus our energy on leading by example. For instance more explicitly aligning and badging our CPD offer with existing professional development frameworks such as the HEA UKPSF, the SEDA Professional Development Framework and the Vitae Researcher Development Framework. Mapping documents exist…. Challenges that have stalled that process….?
