The EEL pound is not as other traditional pound which use the drug to keep eel healthy and high production . We use the RAS (Recirculating aquaculture systems) system to keep the fresh and healthy environment for fish. We can guarantee the live EEL or Process EEL w/o any drug for user.

Why our RAS cost high? RAS system require serial treatment to maintain water quality in farm. These steps need high investment in equipment, maintain and train staff to make sure the pool environment healthy and maximize fish grow and healthy w/o drug help. The main process : Bio-filtration : convert ammonia (NH4+ and NH3) excreted by the fish into nitrate. High ammonia are toxic to fish . The nitrifying bacteria can convernt ammonia into nitrite then nitrate. Solid reomoval:Removing solids reduces bacteria growth, oxygen demand, and the proliferation of disease. Except filter system, we also hire work to clean pool as we think it can ensure all remove from pool. Oxygenation PH control Temperature control
