Presentation transcript:

On the next slide, you will be shown a figure with an asterisk located at one corner of the figure. Please look at the figure carefully. When it goes away and you see a blank screen, you are to visualize the corner with the asterisk and then mentally move around the figure in a clockwise direction, stopping at each corner and saying either INSIDE or OUTSIDE to indicate if that corner is an inside or outside corner. Speed is important, but so is accuracy, so try to move around the figure as quickly as you can without making any errors. As an example, the figure below has 12 corners, each of which you would classify as inside or outside.

On the next slide, you will be shown a figure with an asterisk located at one corner of the figure. Please look at the figure carefully. When it goes away two words, OUTSIDE and INSIDE, will appear on the screen. You are to visualize the corner with the asterisk and then mentally move around the figure in a clockwise direction, stopping at each corner and pointing to one of the words on the screen to indicate if that corner of the figure is an inside or outside corner. Speed is important, but so is accuracy, so try to move around the figure as quickly as you can without making any errors.
