Colorado Procedure for NEW UPS Account Setup Primary Options for setting up a new account Send an e-mail request via state@ups.com (preferred option). Immediately notifies UPS of state user’s desire to open a new UPS shipping account Requestor will be provided with the New Account Template that will allow them to provide UPS with the information necessary for account setup - for both individual and multiple accounts requests. Initiates scheduling process for full implementation activities (e.g. shipping solution set-up and training, supply ordering, pick-up and delivery schedule) Contact your local Account Manager if you are currently working with one. The Account Manager will gather the information needed and schedule implementation activities. 3 Proprietary and Confidential: This presentation may not be used or disclosed to any person other than employees of Customer, unless expressly authorized by UPS.
