In the day of some who attends Ryde High School. Mr. Hoddle is Ryde High Schools Headteacher.  

Ryde High Schools Aims. School Vision - 'Achievement for All' At Ryde High School we recognise that each student is an individual with a unique range of abilities, qualities and aspirations for the future. Our role is to ensure that all students can maximise their opportunities and outcomes and to allow them to access their future pathways. We must ensure a personalised and individual educational experience for all students celebrating the richness and diversity within our local community.

Lesson Times. In Ryde High we have 5 different languages you can learn these Languages are: French, Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese. We also have 4 different Technologies these are; Textiles, Food tech, Wood work and I.T technology.

Day at school. A Full day at school includes of 6 lessons they are each 50minutes long. Break time starts at 10:25am it lasts for 20minutes, Lunch time starts at 12:20pm and it lasts for 35 minutes.

Subjects. The lessons Ryde High School offers to us are ; English, Maths, science and at least 1 language which are core subjects which means you have to take part in these 4 particular lessons. Optional subjects are Technology, Media, Drama, Music, Art, P.E, Dance, Social religious studies, Philosophy ethics religious studies, Health and social and Business studies.

Uniform. Ryde High Schools Uniform is smart black trousers, white polo top with the Ryde High logo and also on the Black Ryde High Jumpers. P.E kit is black shorts, Black polo top with RHS logo on and a Water proof sports coat.

School Clubs. Global Rock Global rock is a big group of students who enjoy dancing. It was founded in 1997 in Sydney, Australia, Ryde High School first took place in Global rock in 1998.
