Create New DEO - At Dealer’s Point

Dealer Log-in N I C

Select “Create New Data Entry user/edit profile” N I C

Enter User Details. Click on “Save”. N I C

After saving data, message is displayed for successful user creation N I C

Enter New Vehicle details - At Dealer’s Point

“Login” As Dealer’s Operator N I C

Click on “New Vehicle Entry” N I C

Select “chassis number” from the dropdown box Select “chassis number” from the dropdown box. Enter the details & Click on “Save” button. N I C

Data is Saved & successful message is displayed N I C

Vehicle Data Approval - At Dealer’s Point

“Login” As Dealer N I C

Click on “Vehicle Entry Approval” N I C

List of pending chassis for approval is displayed. Click on Chassis No List of pending chassis for approval is displayed. Click on Chassis No. to approve N I C

Registration data is displayed for the selected chassis Registration data is displayed for the selected chassis. Select the “checkbox of declaration” and click “Approve” button. N I C

After approval , Vehicle is ready for payment. N I C

Payment of Fees & Taxes - At Dealer’s Point

Dealer “Logs-in” : Click on “Fee and Tax Payment” N I C

List of pending chassis number for payment are displayed List of pending chassis number for payment are displayed. Select the chassis number and click on “payment” button against the chassis. N I C

Enter the required payment details. Click on “Payment Process” N I C

Enter “username” and “password” for the Net Banking Account N I C

Click on “Confirm” button N I C

Again click on “Confirm” button N I C
