Developing and presenting a diversity training needs assessment business report to Triple AAA Commercial Trade LTD will re-establish a positive move forward to help diminish workplace environment accusations of diversity complaints. The company has contracted I, Kent Charles Lee, Senior Consultant, KCL Consulting, LLC, to develop a training solution for the diversity issues.
