Roles and responsibilities High Level Overview Circulator Prepare instrument carts required for the production of human bone and tissue allografts in accordance with company SOPs, AATB standards, and federal and state government rules and regulations Clean and disinfect cleanrooms and decontaminate instruments May assist processing and packaging technicians CNC Operator Operate machines to perform machine functions on workpieces Set up, maintain, modify, and operate a variety of computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments Knowledge of mechanics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures required Quality Assurance Technician Inspect, test, sort, sample, and weigh various materials, parts, and products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications Read work orders, blueprints, and other instructions to determine product specifications, material requirements, operational methods or sequences Production Supervisor Organize, prioritize, and plan work to accomplish production goals and targets Maintain a safe work environment May train and coordinate the activities of production and operation Deep dive into the Circulator role follows
