FIRST ASKS!! Before you think about requesting a City Service… Is this on your property or a neighbor’s? If a neighbor’s, have you consulted them first? Will this result in a City service or Code Enforcement? (Remember Code Enforcements result in fines for the accused. We don’t always want our neighbors to pay!) Do I have all the information? Location and issue? Possibly a picture?

Using “OGOR Memphis” as a community agent will allow us to receive monthly reports of resolved city requests. This is how we will assess efficiency in our Phone bank project. After seeing that requests will be resolved, encourage others to use the hotline!
