Tools Are Effective

Proper Procedures Improve Results and Increase efficiencies

SAFETY/Seguridad Restrooms Never reach down into a bag or trash can. Never let trash bags sit where they could cause a trip and fall. Always place and remove wet floor signs or barricades. We can help! Whether it’s procedures you build yourself or ones that we can help you with having effective and efficient procedures are critical.

TOOLS/Herramientas Restrooms Review your cleaning chemicals. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch ceramic and chrome surfaces. Use a white scrub pad.

EXECUTION/Proceso Restrooms A dirty restroom is unhealthy and also does great harm to a facility’s image. Empty dispensers are a principle restroom complaint. Make sure that the restroom is empty. Post a wet floor sign. Review when and where to use odor controlling cleaners. Avoid fragrance masks. Work clockwise around the restroom. Bring soils toward the door.

EXECUTION/Proceso Restrooms Work from the cleanest to dirtiest surface. Start with the sink and finish with the floor. High-touch areas need most attention – lights, doors, hand soap dispensers and towel dispensers. Floors at base of toilet or urinal are often most contaminated. Clean carefully. Use tongs or rubber gloves to collect tissues left here. Never contaminate other areas of the building with restroom soils.

PRIDE/Calidad Restrooms Sinks, toilets and urinals clean and shiny. Odor free. Dispensers full. Floors clean. Equipment cleaned and stored.
