Milton Frank Stadium Program Changes Identified / Required by Project Development Addition of Fire Alarm system. None existing. Addition of Emergency Lighting. None existing. Electrical demand of new work required Upgrade of Electrical Service to stadium and system Toilet Fixture increase from 28 existing to 128 new. Increase in toilets required upgrade of sanitary sewer service size and addition of lift station. Separate Locker Rooms for Officials Security / Holding Office for Police Score board up-graded to Digital with Video display capability. Also includes space for advertising.

Milton Frank Stadium Concerns / Additional Program Scope Remaining 1. Fencing off of a portion of the stadium until next phase of work can be accomplished. Reduces seating capacity from 10,032 to 5,400. Original Construction Budget was set at $1,585,000 Bids for required work for this phase $3,400,000. Future phases will require additional funding. Work Remaining in Future Phases Addition of a centrally located concessions building with additional toilets so that temporary fencing can be removed and full stadium capacity utilized. Addition/Replacement/Renovation of Press Box ADA Upgrades to existing bleaches. Improvements/repairs to fencing and updating parking lot to include re-striping and site lighting.
