Academic Integrity Instructors shared challenges and ideas for preventing integrity issues and addressing the occasional lapses in judgment. See your dean for information or to discuss any questions about student behaviors in your course(s). When a student behaves without integrity in an assignment or assessment, complete the Academic Dishonesty Reporting Form available at forms.ovu.edu and send it to Terri Butterfield. Do not hesitate. Do it consistently. This is the only way we have to know if an occurrence is a first offense or one in a sequence. We’re here to transform lives.
