Tentative Field Trip Information Destination: Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio Date: Friday, May 19, 2017 Transportation Provided By: Royal Carriages (HISD Vendor) Transportation Type for Students & Teachers – Motorcoach NOTE: Parent Chaperones will be requested if there are not enough teacher chaperones. It will be on a first come first serve basis.

Tentative Field Trip Information 6:30am – 7:30am– Begin loading 7:45am – DEPARTURE TIME 7:45am – 11:15am – TRAVEL TIME *Students will be provided with an AM Snack Bag during this travel time 11:15am – 2pm – LEISURE TIME 2pm – 2:45pm – Lunch in designated area 2:40pm-6:00pm – LEISURE TIME 6:00pm – 6:30pm – Begin loading 6:30pm – DEPARTURE TIME 6:30pm-10:00pm – TRAVEL TIME *Students will be provided with a PM Snack Bag during this travel time 10:00pm – ARRIVAL TIME at BCMA

Due Date Option 1 – Friday, December 16, 2016 By 5:00 PM Option 2 - $70 by December 16, 2016 and the remainder by February 28, 2017 Money will be accepted in person with Mrs. DeDios or on SchoolPay website

Behavior Requirement 6-2-0 The following will DISQUALIFY a student from taking part in any and all end-of-year activities: Getting more than 6 (week-day) detentions OR Getting more than 2 (Saturday) detentions OR Getting out-of-school suspension

How Can We Make This Happen for Our Students? We would love to have volunteers in the following areas: 8TH GRADE ACTIVITIES WEEK ASSIST WITH SET UP, DURING EVENT, AND CLEAN UP 8th GRADE FORMAL DECORATING/SET UP, SERVING DINNER, CLEAN UP
