More Concise descriptions. Risk Analysis                                                  More Concise descriptions. Include numbers Equipment Accuracy - Actuator must correctly read the input from the laser and move within a tight tolerance. Software cannot have any problems as other software is not compatible with this actuator that we know of. Also we had a delay in formal testing of the actuator due to late arrival/learning curve associated with setting up actuator. Budget - Currently at the very limits of our $4500 budget. Actuator cost around $3800. Still have couple materials we need to order for demo day. Also still need to manufacture the tool holder in the SOE machine shop with Pete and Jim’s help. Actuator Software- Software has presented a few problems over the course of the last week; however these have been solved. Hoping to not encounter any more problems when the software is used with the actuator as well as the laser. What problems? 20/23
