Agile at Scale Agile has a reputation as being great for small teams, but not so great as it scales in larger organization Agile Six is committed to seeing Agile succeed at scale In addition to running agile on large commercial and government projects we have formalized our ‘agile at scale’ knowledge by embracing and studying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies We have developed, distributed, and presented well-received white papers on applying Agile to federal contracts, including an Agile Risk Management (ARM) Framework and an Agile-friendly approach to procurement. We have an SPC4 certification on staff which means that Agile Six can train in agile at scale methodologies (specifically SAFe 4.0).

VA’s Veteran focused Integration Process (VIP) Agile Six has studied the VIP guide 1.0 (released Dec 2015) closely and is excited by the potential for Agile at Scale that it affords. We also have a PMP on staff so we understand both where VA is coming from and where it is headed. We are committed agilists, but we are not agile snobs

Our expertise in SAFe SPC will enable us to assist with VA’s ongoing implementation of VIP We partner with Portofino Solutions(Scaled Agile Gold Partner) to provide the SPCT level consulting.
